Cancellations and Returns
  1. Returns:
      • All sales are considered finalized after twenty-four (24) hours of your order confirmation, and are non-returnable.
  2. We have a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy. To submit an order cancellation request follow these steps:
      • Contact us via phone or email by using our contact us form, and provide your order details. When using our contact us form select order cancellation for the subject line.
      • You will not be eligible for a full refund if we receive your order cancellation request after twenty-four (24) hours.
  3. Resales:
      • En lieu of returns due to buyer's remorse you can resell artworks directly on our platform. We charge art collectors a 10% sellers fee on resales.
  4. Repairs and damages:
      • Transportation insurance is included in the shipping & handling cost during checkout. If your artwork arrives damaged please notify us via phone or email within seven (7) days of delivery.
      • Include your order details as well as photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. Our logistics provider (ARTA) will determine if the artwork can be repaired. If the insurance claim proves successful we will either provide you with funds to repair the artwork or give you a refund.
