Return Policy Page
  1. Return requests must be submitted within the return period listed below:
      Fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return requests received outside the return period will not be accepted. To submit a return request follow these steps:
    • Contact us via phone or email by using our contact us form, and provide your order details. When using our contact us form select returns for the subject line.
    • After confirming with us that the work will be returned you have three (3) calendar days to ship out the artwork.
  3. Return shipments must be shipped in their original packaging.
  4. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
  5. For works that arrive damaged the gallery will pay for return shipping, but you must provide photos of both the product and packaging.
  6. You will receive a refund after the artist or seller receives the artwork.
  7. Order cancelations:
      To cancel an order prior to shipment you must contact us immediately via email or phone and provide your order details.
